The Black Angels at New Century Hall, Manchester

Psychedelic rock band The Black Angels brought a swirling shoegaze performance to Manchester's atmospheric New Century Hall.

Opening their set with "You on the Run", the Texan five piece transformed the venue into an explosion of psychedelic sound. With lighting and projections to compliment the music, the band moved through "History of the Future" and "Firefly".

Christian Bland is an excellent performer and guitar, complimented by Stephanie Bailey on drums during "The Prodigal Sun" and "The River".

The Black Angels are incredible dedicated to their craft, and have six successful studio albums to show for it, as well as an impressive touring ethic with fans worldwide. They delivered a stunning show in Manchester, displaying their immense skill as musicians and genre bending creativity.
